2 Collection of personal data when visiting our website
When using the website for information purposes only, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security:
– Browser type and browser version
– Operating system used
– referrer URL
– Date and time of access
– Internet service provider of the user
– IP address of the user
Temporary storage of the IP address is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user’s device. For this purpose, the user’s IP address must be stored for the duration of the session and the data mentioned is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Insofar as information is stored in the end user’s terminal equipment or information is accessed, this is done on the basis of Section 25 (2) TTDSG.
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.
3 Contacting us by e-mail or contact form
When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, your name, your telephone number and your message) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR or Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR if the contact is aimed at concluding a contract. Our legitimate interest lies in processing the contact. If the processing is based on our legitimate interest, you can object to the processing. You have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation. You can send us your objection using the contact details provided in the „Controller“ section. If your objection is successful, the conversation cannot be continued.
4 Data transfer and recipients or categories of recipients
Your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.
External service providers and partner companies will only receive your data if this is necessary. In these cases, however, the scope of the data transmitted is limited to the necessary minimum. Insofar as our service providers come into contact with your personal data and process it on our behalf in accordance with instructions, we ensure that they comply with the provisions of data protection laws in the same way as part of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. 5 Duration of storage

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. Objection to processing and to data portability. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent with effect for the future.
6.2 Rights in data processing based on legitimate interest
In accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 e GDPR (data processing in the public interest) or on Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR (data processing to protect a legitimate interest); this also applies to profiling based on this provision. If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
6.3 Rights in the case of direct advertising
If we process your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you have the right under Art. 21 (2) GDPR to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
